Follow-up Comment #12:
As a result of SVN r54059 on trunk (fixing bug #19681) the cache is properly
reused again when Wesnoth doesn't detect changes in the WML at startup, thus
allowing me to reproduce this bug on Linux, using Boost 1.49 from Debian
testing (wheezy), and gcc 4.7.
