As a rule of thumb, we try to avoid "counter-abilities" in wesnoth.
i.e we try to avoid abilities that specifically target another ability, like
an "anti-poison aura" they make the game less interesting
(we also avoid "oposite abilities" like an aura of darkness, but that's not
relevent here)
brilliand : I am assigning this FR to zookeeper, since he is the one with the
most vision about the big picture WRT wml in general.
