Follow-up Comment #1:
Not a bug. Your units all have "hide_help=true" in them, which causes them to
be hidden in the help. (That means both having their own entries hidden and
having them hidden from the advancement lines in other entries, as I
understand it.) Comment out that line, and the units appear in the help as
intended.
Perhaps you meant to use the [hide_help] subtag of [units] to hide the
mainline drakes?
