Details:

If Wesnoth is launched from the command line into a MP game (with the -m
option), starting gold defaults to 0 if not set specifically using something
like '--parm 1:gold:100 --parm 2:gold:100'. By contrast, a MP game started
from the lobby has gold=100, which should be the default for MP games. 

This seems to be the same issue as the one recently reported but concerning
village_gold in a multiplayer game.
