Details:
This happened to me every time I tried it, so it should be repeatable. After
finishing a campaign I returned to the main screen. Wanting to clear out the
load menu, I went into it and started deleting saved games. When I deleted the
last saved game, I had a CTD. I think (and this is pure speculation) the game
registers that there are no saved games. Usually, if there are no saved games,
you can't even access the load option. Therefore it knows you shouldn't be
there and crashes.
