Details:
A long time ago I spend 20 min to find how to resume campaign playing because
I think that loading for campagn must be performed from "campaign" menu.
But today I found it inconvenient to select appropriate save file if I play in
several campaigns simultaneously.
Yes, they sorted by date and have unique prefixes in "load" menu.
But if you don't check option to delete intermediate save files it is hard to
find appropriate save file.
Some campaigns I stop played a half year ago and when I want return to game
play I also want to review how many scenarios I complete and may be replay
some of them.
Also I want to play in new campaign and have situation when I forget which
campaigns I played so I must scan all files in save directory to find them or
start game and quit until found new.
I think that "continue" button on "campaign" menu with some info about number
of played scenarios is good thing.
I think it is possible reuse "load" dialog by filtering showed saves to
selected campaign.
