Details:
~BLIT~BLIT~SCALE does not work seem to work. ~BLIT~SCALE does work and
~BLIT~BLIT does work.
for example, edit units/orcs/Grunt.cfg small_profile line to:
small_profile="portraits/orcs/transparent/grunt.png~BLIT(portraits/undead/transparent/archer.png,0,0)~BLIT(portraits/undead/transparent/shadow.png,0,0)~SCALE(205,205)"
Then try to look at grunt unit description.

Tried in both 1.10 and 1.11 with same results.
