Details:
This is a 1.11 bug only, the 1.10 addon manager works as expected.
On the 1.11 server are currently two add-ons, foo and bar, that have names
equal to their id, and both have the title "foo and bar".
In the addon manager, only one of these add-ons is listed.
In addition to this, on a wesnoth client that has access to the relevant PBL
files, only one "delete addon" option shows up.
