Follow-up Comment #1, bug #20933 (project wesnoth):
i did some testing and i found out thats this bug only appears if the
base_unit unitcfg is processed before the other unit, so the behaviour depends
on wich unitsconfigs are processed first. (when the base unit is a core units
it is aleway processed first.)
