It looks like the python script "wesnoth_addon_manager" doesn't support the
"dependencies=My_Era" part of a PBL file.
I'm not qualified to really know if this is the right section, but it looks
suspicious (line 331):
for field in ["title", "author", "passphrase", "description",
"version", "icon", "type", "email", "translate"]:
stuff[field] = pbl.get_text_val(field)
