Yes, launching wesnoth from commandline while passing --log-debug=all as a
parameter.
This is likely a bug in the addon, not the engine. As a shot in the dark, it'd
make sure that the wml referencing filenames is correct (A instead of a etc,
which is a bug not noticable on case-insensitive filesystems (windows)).
