I can no longer reproduce this issue, unit_map has since been changed so its
iterators never invalidate, the files that are referred to have both been
split up and the fragments themselves have changed quite a bit.
I'm marking this as fixed and closed, as it has probably ceased to be an issue
since before 1.10.0.
