Follow-up Comment #1:
This is not a bug in the WML code. The problem is that the graphics themselves
do not have any team color bits, thus there is nothing for the engine to
recolor. (Notably, they are based on the ancient pre-1.7.x Drake sprites. They
have been around for that long!)
If you are able to provide improved frames for the drake Soulless variation,
please start a new topic in the Art Contributions forum so they can go through
the usual art critique and submission process:
