Details:
I would like to add to the syntax of [endlevel] tags an optional subtag
[next_scenario_settings]. This tag gets added to the carryover_info and then
is merged with the config for the next level, just before the side carry over
data is merged in, so that you can reconfigure the scenario at run time as
desired. Some different benefits of this were discussed in IRC -- thanks to
Zookeeper for some useful tips.
I have a patch to implement this which I am testing, if you have any thoughts
about this, your feedback is certainly welcome.
