Details:

When i save a reloaded game (in sp!), it seems like all the variables form the
current [snapshot] are tranferred back to the [replay_start].

I suppose this happends during reloading the game but i'm not 100% sure. I was
able to reproduce this with 1.11.11 and with 1.11.13.

The result is, that the vriables of [replay_start] are wrong which results in
OOS in scenarios that use variables.

I tested this in sp only. Since it breaks nearly every replays of UMC content
i marked this as Blocker.
