Details:
Attached find a test scenario I used originally to debug the carryover WML
feature. (packaged as an add-on here)
It seems that when using this scenario in a networked context, transitions
cause the observers to be trapped in mp_wait dialog, and non-host clients to
be ejected to the lobby.
