Follow-up Comment #2, bug #22095 (project wesnoth):
The bug also affects 1.12, I reformatted the bad test as a multiplayer
scenario. For convenience, a patch is attached to reproduce at version
1.11.15, revision 447a616. Simply apply the patch and execute `wesnoth -m
--scenario characterize_pathfinding_one`, then follow steps below.
