Follow-up Comment #3, bug #22213 (project wesnoth):
rjaguar3: I think I see your point of view here, it might be good to have both
the power estimate and the accounting ledger versions. I think the ledger
version seems useful though, for campaign play.
In truth the "costs" of level 2 and 3 units that one is typically recalling
aren't as rigorously balanced as the level 1 units anyways, so I would say
their use for "equal cost equal power" estimates is somewhat noisy.
