Follow-up Comment #3, bug #22936 (project wesnoth):
to clarify: The OOS can also happen to observers who are already in the game.
Becasue even if those observer could calculate teh carryover data, they won't
do it.
I wonder whether we can try to fix it in 1.12.2 and then disable mp campaigns
for 1.12.1 clients in the mp mserver.
