Follow-up Comment #1:
actually this should be possible since 1.11.7 or 1.11.8 when i implemented
hotkeys for wml menu items. Although it is not documented. The preifx is
'wml_menu:' so if your wml menu items has the id 'my_item' you should add
'wml_menu:my_item' to the items list.
I just tested that it works in current master (1.13) and i think it works in
1.12 too.
