Follow-up Comment #1:

This is caused by my latest refactor of end_level_exception.

The reason why i didnt fix it yet is that i cannot decide how to do it. There
are basicly 2 options:

1) Exclude the 'quit game' exceptions from the playsingle controller signaling
construct (which would then only handle the regular vicroy/defeat
end_level_exceptions) so 'quit game' exceptions would follow more or less the
same path as load game exceptions

2) Add some code to remember whether the start event fires an quit
end_level_exception
