Details:

when [end_turn] is used in networked mp it may cause the turn on the
remoteclient before he recieves the [end_turn] in the replay.

The problem is, that there are actually 2 phases in the [end_turn] process:
First an end_level is issued by eigher wml or players this sets the end_turn_
variable of playsingle_controller to true.

Then this variable is then used to add an [end_turn] which issues teh synced
turn end, which then ends the turn.

Currently it can happen that a client uses end_turn_ to end a remote turn.
