Details:
In Wesnoth 1.13.0, the player's objectives display before scrolling to the
side's leader and playing the turn bell and ToD sounds, instead of after like
in every previous version.
Steps to reproduce:
* Start a mainline campaign (I used The Hammer of Thursagan for testing since
its first scenario uses extremely trivial WML).
* Advance/skip any starting dialog sequences to get to the objectives screen.
* Compare results to 1.12.2.
gfgtdf partially fixed this in this commit <http://git.io/vvpD5>, but the turn
bell still plays after the objectives display, which may be an issue since
some people normally use the turn bell as a cue in case they have switched to
another window while waiting for their turn to start, esp. in MP games.
