Follow-up Comment #1, bug #23735 (project wesnoth):
Most of standing animation resemble some kind of fatige/inercy/breathing due
to combat/movement activity. However qute often scenarios have AI units with
"guadian status"; units with 0 max_moves wich will combat but wont move at all
in any scenario turn.
I think standing animations quite often look weird for units with "guardian
status", and would be nice scenario coder had an stright forward way to
disable them.
