Follow-up Comment #2, bug #22940 (project wesnoth):
In 1.13.1+dev, Kalian Under Attack, Galtrid now only has one scout and neither
it nor any other of his units have the loyal icon overlay nor the loyal
trait.
For Olurf in chapter 3, I could not find where Olurf picks up loyal units.
Does he still have loyal units without the loyal icon overlay? If he does, can
you provide a save file?
