Details:
If you minimize Wesnoth and then go back to it, the game won't handle input
from either mouse or keyboard. Focus can be restored by moving the window.
However, if you try to click on a menu item before moving the window,
disembodied menu items will then proceed to draw under the mouse where they
should have been once you've done so.
