Note that this is likeley to be fixed in SDL 2.0.4 stable release. you can
download a SDL2.dll here:
https://buildbot.libsdl.org/sdl-builds/sdl-visualstudio/sdl-visualstudio-2612.zip
that doesn't have this problem, although its not clear whether that might
cause other bugs (note that that is not a stable SDL release)
