on 2016-01-13 and 1.13.2 the following bug appeared:

When reaching the 2nd scenario of the tutorial, instead of the recruit list
being a Elvish Archer, Fighter, & Shaman; it is the Elvish Fighter + a random
from the default era.

This only seems to occur when you transition directly from scenario 1 to
scenario 2. If you load scenario 2 from the start of scenario save, the
correct 3 recruits are there.
