Summary: Unconsistent behavior rounding unit´s buff

Details:
Most comon unit´s buffs are TOD and resistances (I will also considere as
buff negative ones). These two buffs are rounded towards unit basic value when
outcome ends with .5 value. They also resemble a behavior in wich all buffs
are calculated and only one rounding is applied.
However there are other unit´s buffs breaking this behavior:
- Charge is from 1.12 calculated before combat, wich leads to TOD beign
rounded to unit damage doubled. A strong horseman will do 13 damage to a ghost
at day (I have no checked this before 1.12 but I bet this was working
diferent).
- Buffs gained via WML [object] [effect] are rounded differently, a unit with
6 damage and a buff +25% damage will become 8 damage.
BfW is an strategic turn based game, in wich players are suposed be able to
calculate outcome of their actions. Despite if some rounding system become
redefined by developers, I really think Help section should instruct players
about rounding system.
