Details:
I'm playing "Heir to the Throne" on medium difficulty. On the "Sceptre of
Fire" scenario, I picked up the sceptre with Li'sar, and all of the dialogue
suggests that she has it--but Konrad is the one who got a new attack.
I've attached a save from right before I picked it up, so you can try to
replicate it.
