Details:
In the _server.pbl it's possible to add the thread_id of the forum thread, and
the game creates then the URL which is displayed in the add-on server.
The add-on server creates currently URLs like
http://forums.wesnoth.org/viewtopic.php?t=10231
But it could create instead an URL like
https://r.wesnoth.org/t10231
