Details:
The [sighted] event for Mal M'Brin didn't work for me playing on 1.13.6.
It seems to be something to do with a buggy interaction between his
non-standard id="Mal M-Brin"and the 'sighted' event (this id appears to work
fine for 'message' events).
Not sure what usual method of correction would be or if there's a mainline
standard for ids, but attached file is clone of scenario file but changes his
id to id=Mal_MBrin which appears to resolve the problem.
