Log:
Address bug #12384 (wmlunits issues) by refactoring some unit
definitions in UtBS so they're generated with a macro expanding to a
derived-unit declaration. This means the base unit gets to be a real
[unit_type] rather than a macro that wnlunuts can't see inside.
And it's cleaner WML, too.
