Sure, sure. You can use 1a_ and 1b_Scenario_name to do branches. You can also do stuff like how in Sceptre of Fire I use 2t_ for the talking scenario following real scenario number 2, and the next scenario is counted as 3_, even though it is really scenario 4. But the point is that some kind of ordering is helpful.

Just note that you don't want this to be too rigid. It is possible to
do scenarios in different orders (or not at all) depending on player
choices. So there will be some exceptional cases.
