I do want to know if you actually build fribidi under MinGW / MSYS, or
if you are cross-compiling from Linux.
Most likely a combination of that this list has been a bit quiet lately,
and that most devs are using GNU/Linux or MacOSX. You will probably get
an answer if you wait a while. Afaik the Win binary for 1.1.1 is built
with VC++.
