I agree with eleazar, except I'd require that _all_ special units have decent graphics.

Accepting bad images into mainline is either an indirect approval of the images' quality, or an indirect promise that we'll upgrade them later, neither of which I want to commit to.


And run the question of "Are these decent?" by us when the time comes, because different people have markedly different standards. : |
