You don't need our permission to include Wesnoth in the CD (although it's kind 
to inform us if you do so :) ), Battle for Wesnoth is released under the GPL 
license and that license grants you enough rights to play, copy, modify and 
distribute Wesnoth (even in a commercial magazine) without having to asking 
us.

The GPL license only requires you to have a pointer to the game source, it 
should be enough to include something like: "You can get the source code (and 
more info about the game) of Battle for Wesnoth web site, 
http://www.wesnoth.org";
