[Wesnoth-dev] Wesnoth donations status

I figure that I should publish any spending of money acquired from 
Wesnoth donations to developers, so that we can be seen to be 
transparent and accountable.

I have sent Jormungandr $85 to cover 50% of the cost of the purchase of 
a drawing tablet. Previously $80 has been used to enter Wesnoth in the 
'Slamdance Games Festival'. There is $688.15 remaining as a result of 
generous donations. (Though I may have to pay taxes on that, since we 
don't have any registered charity. I am going to consult my accountant 
when I do my tax return).

If any developer feels that they could do their job more effectively 
with a small financial contribution, and they can accept money through 
PayPal or a US check, they may ask for assistance from this fund.
