I would bet against it working on Win95. I'm also doubtful about it working on Win98. Unless someone provides evidence otherwise, I'd say we advertise it as WinME+ As a data point though, 0.02% of Windows users visiting our website use Windows 95. 1.12% use use Windows 98. Considering our web site gets thousands of visits a day, this ends up being a significant number. I wouldn't imagine users would visit that often if they couldn't use the software.
