I think I can manage that.

However, I am by no stretch of the imagination an experienced composer
and I lack formal training. So I hope I'm not expected to make in-depth
theoretical analyses of all submitted pieces. I'm happy to give whatever
feedback I can, but there are limits to my knowledge of orchestral
music. I'm still quite new to all this.

But yes, I want the job. I'd feel more comfortable if there was also
someone else to share the duties though.

Rain, maybe? I don't know if he's interested and/or has time, but he has
a firmer grasp of theory and arrangement than me (at least that's the
impression I get from his music).
