I think that Noy would be the best person to be the Secretary, since he's shown the ability to research and study these matters. We can have additional director positions if we want. To clarify: things directors are responsible for voting on are related to such items as where to direct and handle finances and so forth. Day-to-day running of Wesnoth and development decisions etc are not something they will have any authority or power over.
