Hi,

As the writer of this feature, I indeed forget about advertising it to
content writers to get better tips for this (or maybe it was because of
string freeze, not sure). And since it's invisible when unused, I guess I
just forget about it.

Anyway, the plan was to provide only basic tips for beginners and new more
advanced ones for old players. BTW the key also supports number which means
"minimum number of encountered units". Another possibility is to use the
campaign-specific units to detect if the user has already played that
campaign (and reach some scenario). This allows to add some easter eggs or
historic quotes referring to the main stories without having spoilers or
unclear references. The current format (with the fictional source) should
allow that and make tips less useless/boring for old players.
