Yes, it is no problem to publish our game as part of the next gamestar. To
comply with the GPL (the part about sources and whatnot) it should be perfectly
fine if you make sure to mention the URL to our website (since you are likely to
only ship the Windows binary, not the source tarball or any other version). Yes,
I am not a lawyer, but I think basically everyone is fine with this, as long as
the users know where the stuff actually comes from ;).

Please use the current stable version, which is "1.8.5" as of this mail. The
development version does not have an as large community for multiplayer and the
new 1.8.6 won't be ready for maybe one or two more weeks which is likely too
late for your deadline with the disc.

If you got any further questions, don't hesitate to ask.
