It may be done.  I found an invocation that pushed the non-master tags.  What
I have been trying to do since is run repodiffer to check that the commit 
history in the old git repo matches the new one, but that check takes a 
*long* time and I had a system outage that interrupted one of the runs.

Also I've been difficult to reach because I changed IRC clients to weechat
and then didn't realize I was missing some notifications.  That and I had some
urgent work on two other projects.  And Fridy night gaming.  Just stuff.

You (Ivanovic) should try cloning from github and doing a release and build
to verify that everything looks sane.

Moving commits is easy in any case; it's just git diff followed by git am.
