Hi folks! I just had a talk with the people around in #wesnoth-dev and the current situation is: The following people mentioned they would be coming and are looking for a "group booking": * AI * fabi * mordante * trademark (maybe?) * Ivanovic Probably coming but not looking for a group booking: * Elias All looking for the group booking stated that the 2go4 would be okay, but I found a "real" hotel closer to the greek which would even include breakfast for basically the same price per bed: http://www.booking.com/hotel/be/madeleine.en.html?checkin=2014-01-31;checkout=2014-02-02 Here it would mean that, with the current numbers, we had to go for one double bedroom and one triplebedroom. These are the downsides (compared e.g. to 2go4): * Price slightly above 2go4, but should be around 30€ (if room can be canceled until day of arrival) * The double room most likely has a double bed, the triple room might have 3 separate beds but could have one single and one double bed * No free wifi (wifi available but needs to be paid extra, price unknown) * If "only" one person of the 5 gets ill we will have to pay both nights for the extra bed in full since we can't just cancel that room. If two or three don't come one of the rooms can probably be canceled until the 31st, 16:00. Upsides: * Only 3min away from the Greek instead of 15min * Breakfast included * A real hotel, not a hostel (towels included!) I would propose booking the 2 rooms (one double and one triple). Do you folks agree? Anyone else to jump in so that we should better go for two triple rooms? Please tell me what you think of booking this. I would prefer to handle the booking until tomorrow at 3pm in Germany so that we got the rooms settled.
