No, actually.  We currently collect this data and it is stored here:
http://replays.wesnoth.org/
What we don't collect is who *won* any of those games, so those replays are
useful for moderation purposes but not (currently) for analysis of who won
on which maps, etc.

I think that is also covered above, in that all of that is already in place.

This is an open question... ideally from my point of view would be a web
interface, but a standalone tool or outsourcing it to some other graph
generator is possible I guess.
