Hi,

In preparation for the project status announcement, I took the liberty of 
removing large chunks of NotSoEasyCoding -- in particular, all the AI and 
config optimization stuff that's been there for years and requires a re-
assessment of the current situation. I've also revised the rest slightly for 
formatting/prose and added a substantial amount of text covering a few other 
things:

 * SDL 2 + OpenGL port task
 * GUI2 tasks
 * campaignd and add-ons client tasks
 * wesnothd and MP client tasks

EasyCoding is allegedly in better shape than NSEC, so my changes there were 
limited to updating any points that touch on GUI2's status and fixing a few 
references to inactive developers -- with the notable exception of everything 
that refers to Crab for AI engine matters. Should I leave Crab out? That'd 
leave us in the awkward position of opening up the AI engine maintenance slot 
too, since mattsc says he's not familiarized with it.
