You just mentioned Rotary and Im glad to let you know im one and please
could we get more clues on your westnile book donation project and probably
get our friend in Rotary club of Arua interested to undertake a project with
you. Although Im President elect for Bushenyi, I would be delighted to work
with all good meaning Rotarians out there for these projects.

You are right about donors and precisiely our point is why they continue to
allow mismanagement??? And a little while ago actually I just sent an e-mail
that puts our political leaders in perspective and if your suggestions of a
task force are to be fruitful, the politicians are the wrong place to start.
