*Detailed Academic Research* ** A research could become one of our action plans. A good research should be taken seriously as a project. This involves a thorough Project Planning & Stake hoder analysis, Project Design/Research Design, Who will do the work, Funding, equiment, information processing and distribution.
Given the amount of time and lack of immedaite finances, commissioning a research could be our strategic action plan that will follow the discussions. For now,. let us get all the stakeholders talking, come up with CAUSE <> Effect analysis of the problems Move forward with corrective actions to address some of these problems. Some of the problems are so obvious that implementing the corrective actions will reverse some of the damage that has been done If we want to do fund raise for research, how quickly can we raise enough money to implement a good research in all the districts (5)?
