Thats great Ronald, Key conclusions on a specific subjects and issues really need to be documented, our voices can only be heard better as a family when things are formal. This will go a long way and fix some loops. Godfrey YIKII

I discussed this with Joel Arumadri who is specialist in collecting, packaging and disseminating information and he willing accepted to take that responsibility. Joel could be provided with all the discussion so far made in this forum, he documents them and he can assist in advising how best to package it for dissemination. Just to share two things: Vision always out lives the visionary but this can only happen when we document and take actions. Vision without action is a dream and actions without vision passes time but vision combined with actions changes the world. So it’s high time documented something for action. Otherwise this has been a good forum to unite us across the Globe and inspire each other. Gilbert On 20/04/2009, JohnAJackson <[email protected]> wrote: Many Voices but No Voices Heard Ladies and gentlemen, In an earlier post last week I had aluded to the fact that we need to organize ourselves into a tangible/functioning/definable body. I agree with Gilbert that our ideas have to go somewhere or else they end up no where. We have a lot of talents, nearly in every domain of education. For us to transform these wonderful ideas we post on this forum into action plans, we need to have consorted mechanism for communicating these ideas to our local leaders/admistrators. Secondly we need to coordinate these ideas into a usable format. We need to strike a collaborative working relationship, team building and camaradee approach in working with our local administrators so that they do not perceive us as a threat. Our mission and vision is simple: Better servcies & Sustanianble community development. Mr Andema had posted a name " West Nile Development Forum". Correct me if I am wrong. Why can't we have a thorough discussion on this issue. Is it feasible and doable? How do we go about formulating and organizing this? Do we agree or disagree? I have to repeat myself one more time. If we do not have a structured way of communing our ideas, ideals, vision, mission to the local people, how do these ideas get implemented? This forum has been a perfect tool for gathering us where we live, around the globe. Talking about issues affecting West Nile region and our communities. The bottom line is, how can we get these ideas to the people who are the ultimate benefectors? How long shall we continue just talking without action plans? Let's engage ourselves and have debate on how we can organize ourselves in a formal way.
